Ingredients
  1. 1 cup Yogurt
  2. 3 cups Mutton slices
  3. 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  4. 1 cup Chopped Onions
  5. 1 tablespoon Chopped Ginger
  6. 6 to 8 garlic cloves
  7. 2 tablespoons Chopped Coriander Leaves
  8. 2 teaspoons Mutton Masala Powder
  9. 2 teaspoons Red Chili Powder
  10. 2 tablespoons Garam Masala Powder
  11. 1 teaspoon Haldi Powder
  12. Salt As Needed
Steps
  1. Marinate the mutton slices with yogurt for 30 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Heat a pan with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Toast the onions until brown.
  3. Now take this mixture in a mixture grinder. Add ginger, garlic, coriander and cumin seeds. Make fine paste.
  4. Heat a pan with rest of the oil. Add this masala to it and fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Then add mutton masala powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, haldi powder and salt. Mix well.
  6. Now add the mutton slices. Fry until the mutton gets soft.
