Ingredients
  1. 2 cup Of Pasta
  2. 6 Garlic cloves
  3. 2 Onion
  4. 1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  5. 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  8. 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  9. 1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes (optional)
  10. 1/4 teaspoon Dried Herbs (oregano basil thyme)
  11. 1/2 + 1 cup water
Steps
  1. Take a big pot, add water and bring to boil. Once the water starts heating, put in the pasta with a little salt.
  2. Let the pasta cook till it is soft and crunchy. Strain and store aside.
  3. Grate the garlic and chop the onions finely.
  4. Take a pan and heat oil in it, once the oil is hot, add in the garlic and cook till it is golden brown in colour.
  5. Next put in the onions and stir. When the onions are half done, put in the boiled pasta and all the remaining ingredients. Combine these ingredients well together.
  6. Serve hot with bread or a glass of red wine.
