Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Cabbage
  2. 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Capsicum
  3. 1/2 cup finely chopped cauliflower
  4. 1/2 cup Peas
  5. 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Mushroom
  6. 1/2 tsp Finely Chopped Ginger And Garlic
  7. 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Carrots
  8. 3 Tomatoes Finely Chopped
  9. 2 tsp Finely Chopped Green Chillies
  10. 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Green Coriander
  11. 1+ 1/2 tsp salt
  12. 1/2 tsp Red Chilli
  13. 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  14. 2 tbsp Coarsley Ground Coriander
  15. 2 tsp Kasoori Methi
  16. 4 onions, finely chopped
Steps
  1. Take an iron pan and heat oil, then add ginger, garlic and onion. Cook till it becomes light brown in colour.
  2. Next add in tomatoes, green chillies and all the spices together. Mix well and cook till it appears shiny.
  3. Now add in all the vegetables, mix it well and cook till it becomes soft.
  4. Turn off the flame. Add in kasoori methi, garam masala and mix it well.
  5. Garnish with green coriander and serve it hot with naan or roti.
