Ingredients
  1. Small Onions Chopped 1/2 cup
  2. Corriander powder 1 tablespoon
  3. Chilli Powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Mustard Seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Curry Leaves
  6. Salt 1 tablespoon or as per taste
  7. Urud Dhal 1 teaspoon
  8. Red chilli broken 1 no
  9. shailots 1 cup
  10. oil 1 teaspoon
Steps
  1. Roughly ground shallots 1/2 cup. Pestle mortar will do. Keep aside
  2. Mix 1/2 tsp chilli powder and 1/2 tsp corriander powder with little water in a bowl. Keep aside
  3. Now, Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds. Crackle urud dhal 2 tsp.
  4. To this add red chilli and curry leaves. Saute well. Add masala mix , Salt and ground shallots and saute until raw smell goes off. 
  5. Tada! Chutney ready. No need to grind or chop..!
