Ingredients
  1. 2 cup American Boiled Corn
  2. 1 Onion Finely Chopped
  3. 1/2 tomato, finely chopped
  4. 1/2 green chilli, finely chopped
  5. 1/4 capsicum, finely chopped
  6. 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  7. 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Kala Namak 1/4 tsp
  11. Handful Of Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
  12. 1 pinch Each Of White And Black Pepper
  13. 1/2 boiled potato, finely chopped
  14. 1/4 cucumber, finely chopped
Steps
  1. Assemble the corn ,onion, tomatoes, capsicum, cucumber together in a bowl.
  2. Take the potato, add salt, red chilli powder and mix it well. Put the potatoes mixture into the corn mixture.
  3. Next, add salt, kala namak, chat masala, black pepper, white pepper, green chillies, lemon juice and some corriander leaves. Mix it well together.
  4. Serve it in a platter and enjoy!
