Ingredients
  1. 2 Boiled Eggs
  2. 1 tablespoon Chopped Onions
  3. 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
  4. 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  5. 1 tablespoon vegetable Oil
  6. 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  7. 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  8. 1 teaspoon Haldi Powder
  9. 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  10. 1 tablespoon Grated Roasted Coconut
  11. Salt As Needed
  12. 1 tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves
Steps
  1. Cut boiled andas (eggs) into cubes. Set aside.
  2. Mix onions, grated coconut and ginger garlic paste.
  3. Heat a pan with oil. Add cumin seeds and the coconut paste. Then add red chili powder, haldi powder and garam masala powder. Stir and mix.
  4. Add salt and the cubed eggs. Stir and fry it well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
