Ingredients
  1. 2 cups Boiled Potatoes
  2. 2 tablespoons Soybean Oil
  3. 1 teaspoons Cumin Seeds
  4. 1 teaspoons haldi (turmeric) powder
  5. 2 cups Chopped Cabbage
  6. 1 cup Peas
  7. 2 tablespoons Red Chili Powder
  8. 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  9. Salt As Needed
Steps
  1. Cut boiled and peeled potatoes in cube shapes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and haldi powder. Stir and add cabbage, potatoes and peas. Mix well.
  3. Now add red chili and garam masala powders and cook until potatoes get a little soft.
  4. Add salt and mix.
