Ingredients
  1. Basmati Rice – 2 cups cooked
  2. Oil – 1 tblspn
  3. Garlic – 4 fat cloves chopped finely
  4. Dry Red Chillies – 4 broken into small pieces
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Sugar – 1/2 tsp
  7. Soy Sauce – 1 tsp or to taste
  8. Vinegar – 1 tsp or to taste
  9. Spring Onions A Handful Finely Chopped
Steps
  1. Heat oil in a pan or a wok.
  2. Add in garlic and dry red chillies. Saute for a min.
  3. Add in the salt and sugar mix well.
  4. Add in rice and toss well in the oil.
  5. Add little soy sauce and vinegar. Toss well on high heat.
  6. Now add in spring onions and mix well.
  7. Serve.
