Ingredients
  1. 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
  2. 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  3. 1⁄4 tsp Salt
  4. 1 Small Seedless Watermelon (about 4 pounds)
  5. 1 Hass avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped
  6. 1⁄2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  7. 3 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Mint
Steps
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the lime juice, oil, and salt. Add the watermelon, avocado, onion, and mint, and toss gently to mix. Serve it chilled for the best flavor.
