Ingredients
  1. Boiled Chana 1 cup
  2. Onion 2
  3. Tomatoes 2
  4. Coriander Leaves 1/2 bunch
  5. Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  6. Green chillies 2 chopped
  7. Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
  8. Turmeric Powder A pinch
  9. Lemon 1/2
  10. Oil As Required
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Mint Leaves For Garnishing
  13. Chole Masala Powder 2 tsp
  14. Few Curry Leaves
  15. Chopped Ginger-Garlic 1 tsp
Steps
  1. In a vessel, heat some oil then add the chopped ginger-garlic, green chillies and curry leaves. Saute this for 1 min.
  2. Next add the onion and fry till it turns golden brown in colour.
  3. Than add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli, turmeric powder, chole masala and fry it for 2 mins.
  4. Than add coriander leaves, tomatoes and fry for 5 mins. After this, add the boiled chana and mix well, cook this for another 10 mins.
  5. Sprinkle 1/2 lemon juice and mix well. Garnish it with mint leaves and onion rings.
  6. Spicy chana masala is ready to be served!
