Ingredients
  1. Paneer – 300 gms,
  2. Oil – 4 tblsp
  3. Onion – 2, medium, chopped
  4. Cashew Nut Paste – 4 tblsp
  5. Salt – 2 tsp
  6. White Pepper Powder – 3 tsp
  7. Cashew Nuts – 1 1/2 tsp, broken
  8. Raisins – 1 1/2 tsp, seedless
  9. Butter – 3 tblsp
  10. Cream –0.5 cup
Steps
  1. Heat oil in a pan over moderate heat.
  2. Saute the onions till light pink.
  3. Add the cashew nut paste and saute for 2 more minutes.
  4. Add paneer cubes, salt and pepper.
  5. Simmer gently over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Stir gently to coat the paneer.
  7. Add the cashew nuts and raisins.
  8. Add butter and stir for 2 more minutes.
  9. Add cream.
  10. Stir for a minute.
  11. Remove from heat.
  12. Serve hot.
