Ingredients
  1. 2 cups Lettuce
  2. 2 tomatoes , cut into quaters
  3. 1 cup Boiled Green Peas
  4. 2 tbsp Chopped Celery
  5. 1/4 cup Sliced Capsicum
  6. 1/2 cup Low Fat Paneer
  7. 2 tsp Finely Chopped Garlic
  8. 2 tsp Chopped Fresh Basil Leaves
  9. 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
  10. 1/2 tsp Dry Red Chilli Flakes
  11. 2 tsp Olive Oil
  12. Salt And Freshly Ground Black Peppercorns to taste
Steps
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl and refrigerate to chill.
  2. Just before serving, add the dressing and toss well.
  3. Serve immediately.
