Ingredients
  1. Soybean Oil For Frying-As Needed
  2. 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  3. 1/2 teaspoon Green Chili Paste
  4. 1/2 teaspoon Haldi Powder
  5. 1 teaspoon Of Red Chili Powder
  6. 2 Boiled Potatoes
  7. 4 Bread slices
  8. 1/2 teaspoon Chat Masala
  9. Salt As Needed
  10. Water As Needed
Steps
  1. Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of soybean oil. Add cumin seeds, green chili paste, haldi and red chili powders.
  2. Peel the boiled potatoes. Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.
  3. Add the mashed potatoes to the pan with the ingredients. Sprinkle chat masala and salt, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Heat a deep frying pan with soybean oil. Add enough oil as needed for frying 2-3 rolls at a time.
  5. As the oil gets hot, take a bread slice on your palm, and soak it in very little water to make it moist. Add the fried potato mixture carefully so as to not tear the bread. Cover with another soaked bread piece.
  6. Carefully and slowly roll the two bread pieces enveloping the fried potato mixture.
  7. Place the roll in the hot oil. Deep fry until golden brown. Repeat with the rest of the bread pieces.
  8. Serve with ketchup or chili sauce.
