Ingredients
  1. Corn Niblets 1cup
  2. Finely chopped Onions 2 medium sized
  3. Chopped Green Chillies 2
  4. Finely chopped Ginger 1 inch
  5. Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves 1/2 cup
  6. gram Flour (Besan) 1/4 cup
  7. Oil 2 tbsp+ to deep fry
  8. Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  9. Fennel (saunf) seeds 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1 / 2 tsp
  11. Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  12. Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Garam Masala Powder 1/4 tsp
  14. Bread Crumbs 1/4 tsp
  15. Lemon Juice 2tbsp
  16. Chaat Masala 2 tbsp
  17. water 2 cup
  18. salt as required
Steps
  1. Boil corn niblets or pressure cook them in 2 cups of water and cool. Drain the excess water.
  2. Roast gram flour in a pan till it gives a nice aroma.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add fennel seeds and cumin seeds, and saute till they change the colour.
  4. Add onion and saute till light brown in colour.
  5. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder ginger and green chillies. Mix well.
  6. Add 3/4 of corn niblets and saute till dry.
  7. Remove from heat. Cool slightly and grind in a mixer.
  8. Now remove this mixture in a bowl. Add remaining corn niblets, coriander leaves, salt to taste, gram flour, bread crumbs and mix well to form a dough.
  9. Make 15 equal cutlets.
  10. Heat oil in a panand deep fry allthe cutlets till golden brown.
  11. Serve in a plate . Sprinkle caat masala powder and lemon juice.
