  1. 1 cup Fresh Noodles
  2. 1/2 cup Grated Carrot
  3. 1 tablespoon Crushed To Ginger Garlic Paste
  4. 2 tablespoon Refined Oil
  5. 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
  6. 1/2 tablespoon Crushed To Chilli Garlic Paste
  7. 3 Pinches Salt
  8. 1 Handful Chopped Coriander Leaves For Garnishing
  9. 1 Handful Chopped Spring Onions For Garnishing
  10. Chilli Sauce As Per Taste
  1. Chop the onions and transfer them in a bowl. Now grate the carrot and keep them aside.
  2. Add 3 cups of water in a pan and heat it over moderate-high flame. Once the water starts to boil, add fresh noodles into it and allow it to cook till it gets soft. Once the noodles are boiled, transfer them in a glass bowl and keep aside
  3. Heat refined oil in a wok over moderate flame. Make sure that it does not get very hot. Now add the chopped onions, grated carrots, ginger garlic paste, salt and chilli garlic paste. Stir to mix well.
  4. Now add the cooked noodles in the same wok and mix well to combine all ingredients. After 5 minutes, cover the wok with a lid and bring the flame to low. Cook the noodles for 2-3 minutes.
  5. You can also add schezwan chilli sauce for a great flavour.
  6. garnish the chilli garlic noodles with coriander leaves and spring onions. Serve warm and enjoy!
