Ingredients
  1. Chicken - 500gms
  2. Red chilly powder - 3 tblspoon
  3. Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  4. Lemon juice - 1 tablesppon
  5. Tomato Paste - 1/3 cup
  6. Tomato Ketchup - 1/3 cup
  7. Yogurt - 2 tbsp
  8. Salt As Per Taste
  9. Green chilli - 2 or 3
  10. Curry Leaves - 10
  11. pinch Of Garam Masala
  12. Butter - 3 tablespoon
  13. A pinch of sugar
Steps
  1. Marinate the chicken with 3 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, little salt and 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
  2. Set aside for 30 minutes to 2 hours. Usually 45 minutes works best (In a hurry) for the chicken to become tender. Fry the chicken.
  3. Prepare the tomato gravy by blending tomato paste, ketchup and yogurt.
  4. Take a pan add 3 tablespoon butter. Saute the curry leaves and chilies for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the tomato gravy. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add in the fried chicken pieces. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes on a low flame.
  7. Add pinch of garam masala, sugar and salt. Close lid and cook on low flame for another 2 minutes.
  8. Depending upon your choice you can either make it completely dry or have some gravy.
