Ingredients
  1. Cooked rice: 1 cup
  2. Chopped cabbage: 1/4 cup
  3. Chopped capsicum: 1/4 cup
  4. Chopped onion: 2 tbsps
  5. Chopped tomato: 1 tbsp
  6. Ginger - Garlic paste: 1/4 tsp
  7. Pav bhaji masala: 1 tbsp
  8. Cumin seeds:1 /4 tsp
  9. Oil: 1 1/2 tbsp
  10. Lemon juice: 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt Acc. to taste
  12. Coriander Leaves
Steps
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and saute.
  2. Add onion and fry till light brown.
  3. Add tomato,ginger garlic paste and fry for few minutes.
  4. Add chopped cabbage, salt and pav bhaji masala, mix everything well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Add cooked rice, capsicum, coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix well.
  6. Cook on a high flame for a few minutes and switch off the flame.
