Ingredients
  1. Paneer Cut In cube 1 cup
  2. 1 Medium Chopped Onions
  3. 1 Medium Chopped Tomatoes
  4. 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  5. Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  6. 1 tsp Salt
  7. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  8. 1 tsp Oil
  9. 1/4 Grated Coconut
  10. 1/4 cup Onion Roughly Chopped
  11. 8 Cashew Soaked In Water
  12. 0.5 tsp Coriander Seeds
  13. 1 Tsps Cumin Seeds
  14. 4 Peppercorn
  15. Garlic 4 cloves
  16. Green Chili 2
  17. water 1 cup
Steps
  1. Grind all the ingredients for masala and make a smooth paste. In a pan, heat oil to medium. Add onions and sauté until brown Now add tomatoes, mix well and cook for few minutes. To it add the masala paste. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Add all the spices,red chili powder, garam masala and salt. Cook until it starts leaving the oil. Add little water to form the gravy and let it boil. Now take grill tawa or tawa and drizzle little oil on medium flame. Roast paneer cubes evenly from both sides until it reaches brown to red color. To the prepared gravy, add paneer cubes and garnish with coriander leaves.
