Ingredients
  1. 4 cups Already Boiled Noodles
  2. 1/2 cup Sliced Red Pepper
  3. 1/2 cup Sliced Green Pepper
  4. 1/2 cup Sliced Yellow Pepper
  5. 1 Stick Celery Chopped
  6. ½ Zucchini Sliced Lengthwise
  7. 1 Carrot Sliced Vertically/Lengthwise
  8. 4 Spring Onions Chopped Lengthwise
  9. 2 teaspoon Ginger Grated
  10. 2 teaspoon Grated Garlic *
  11. 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  12. 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  13. 3 tablespoon Cooking Oil
  14. 2 teaspoons red pepper powder /mirch
  15. Salt to taste
  16. ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Steps
  1. Once the noodles are cooked as per the directions on the package
  2. drain them in a colander and run it immediately under cold water for it to stop cooking further.
  3. Coat it with 1 tablespoon oil , some salt , soy sauce, pepper and red pepper. Keep them aside.
  4. In a non stick pan or a wok , heat up remaining oil on medium high heat.
  5. Once hot , add in ginger garlic paste , cook for 10 seconds.
  6. Then add in the carrots , cook for a minute, add in the colorful peppers, cook for 30 seconds .
  7. Now add in the celery and the onions and sprinkle some salt.
  8. Cook the veggies for 30 seconds .
  9. Now toss in the coated noodles and coat with the veggies carefully.
  10. Switch off the flame.
