Ingredients
  1. 2 unripe bananas, boiled and mashed
  2. 1 Chopped Onion
  3. 2 teaspoons Grated Ginger
  4. 1 teaspoon Chopped Green Chilies
  5. 1 tablespoon Maida (all purpose flour)
  6. Vegetable Oil For Deep Frying
  7. 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  8. 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  9. cup Tomato Puree
  10. cup Onion Puree
  11. 2 teaspoons Red Chili Powder
  12. 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
Steps
  1. Mix all the ingredients for kofta, excluding the vegetable oil, and make small balls out of the mixture.
  2. Heat a deep frying kadhai with vegetable oil. Deep fry the balls. Set aside the kofta balls.
  3. Now heat a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, tomato puree and onion puree. Stir and mix.
  4. Fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Then add red chili powder and garam masala powder. Stir and mix, and add the fried koftas. Mix the gravy sauce with the koftas and cook for 2 minutes.
