Ingredients
  1. 1/4cup finely chopped spring onion whites
  2. 1/4cup Finely Choppedcabbage
  3. 1/4cup Finely Chopped Carrot
  4. 1/4cup Finely Chopped Cauliflower
  5. 1/2 cup Grated Sweet Corn
  6. 4 cups Clear Vegetable Stock
  7. 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
  8. 1/2 tsp Sugar
  9. 3/4 cup raw noodles , broken into pieces
  10. 2 tbsp Oil
  11. Salt And to taste
  12. Pepper As Per Taste
  13. 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Spring Onion Greens
Steps
  1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan
  2. Add the mixed vegetables and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the corn, vegetable stock, soy sauce, sugar, noodles, salt , mix well and cook on a medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the pepper and mix well.
  5. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve immediately with chillies in vinegar, chilli sauce and soy sauce.
