Ingredients
  1. 18-20 - Fresh Dates Seedless
  2. Milk - 3/4 cup
  3. Sugar - 3/4 cup
  4. Atta/Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  5. Refined Oil - 1/2 cup
  6. Baking Soda - 1 tsp
  7. Walnuts - 50 gms
Steps
  1. Soak the dates in warm milk for 6 - 7 hours.
  2. Add sugar and grind to a fine paste with the milk. Add oil to this and mix well.
  3. Sieve flour and baking soda together in a separate bowl. Add flour mixture to the dates syrup and mix well.
  4. Pour mixture in a greased tin. Bake in microwave for 8-10 minutes on high power.
  5. Let it cool. Serve immediately or drizzled with chocolate syrup on top.
