Ingredients
  1. Maida 2 cup
  2. Suji 1/2 cup
  3. Desicated Coconut 1 cup
  4. Milk 1/2 cup
  5. Curd 1 cup
  6. Oil 1/2 cup
  7. Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  8. Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
  9. Few drops of vanilla Essence
  10. Sugar one cup or less
Steps
  1. In a bowl take maida, baking powder and soda. Seive twice.
  2. Then add suji, desicated coconut in it
  3. Next grind sugar to powder in mixy
  4. Add it to mix, then curd, oil,vanilla essence
  5. Then milk to it. mix well to make smooth ribbon consistency batter
  6. Grease baking tin ,sprinkle some maida, pour the batter
  7. Then bake at 200°C for 35-40 min
  8. I baked at convection mode in microwave.
  9. Time can vary according to voltage .
