Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Dill Leaves
  2. 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Mint Leaves
  3. 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Coriander
  4. 1/2 cup Grated Paneer
  5. 2 tsp Finely Chopped Green Chillies
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 tsp Oil For Cooking
  8. Fresh Curd

Steps
  1. Divide the stuffing into 4 equal portions and keep aside.
  2. Place one semi-cooked chapati on a clean dry surface, place 1 portion of the stuffing on one half of the chapati and fold it over to make a semi-circle.
  3. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook the paratha, using ½ tsp of oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both sides.
  4. Repeat with the remaining chapatis and stuffing to make 3 more parathas.
  5. Serve hot with fresh curds.
