  1. 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  2. 1 tsp Sugar
  3. 1 tsp Baking Powder
  4. ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  5. Salt to taste
  6. ¼ cup curd / yogurt, fresh thick
  7. 2 tsp Oil
  8. Luke Water As Required,
  9. 2 large potato, boiled and peeled for potato stuffing
  10. 1 green chili, finely chopped for potato stuffing
  11. ½ tsp Lal Mirch Powder For Potato Stuffing
  12. ¼ tsp Garam Masala Powderfor Potato Stuffing
  13. 1 inch ginger, gratedfor potato stuffing
  14. ¼ tsp Dry Mango Powderfor Potato Stuffing
  15. ¼ tsp Carrom Seedsfor Potato Stuffing
  16. 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely choppedfor potato stuffing
  17. 2 tsp Black Sesame Seeds / Til
  18. 3 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
  19. 2 tbsp Butter
Steps
  1. knead the dough for 10 minutes with ingredients listed for dough.cover with a moist cloth and rest for 2 hours in warm place.
  2. prepare stuffing mixing the ingredients listed for stuffing.after 2 hours, pinch a ball sized dough.
  3. and roll to 5 inch circular disk and place aloo stuffing in the centre.
  4. sprinkle some sesame seeds and coriander leaves.
  5. gently roll to oval shape using rolling pin.
  6. brush with water over kulcha.
  7. slowly flip over and put it on hot tawa and press gently.
  8. after a minute, flip the tawa upside down and cook kulcha directly on flame till they turn golden brown
  9. finally, spread some more butter and serve aloo kulcha hot.
