Ingredients
  1. 1 can or 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  2. 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  3. 1 cup Cucumbers (diced)
  4. 1 Avocado (diced)
  5. 1 cup Lettuce (chopped)
  6. ⅓ cup Of Kalamata Olives
  7. Onions As Required
  8. 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  9. Juice of one lemon
  10. 1 tablespoon Yogurt
  11. Salt, TOTASTE
  12. Pepper TO TASTE
  13. Chilli to taste
  14. MINT CHUTNEY 3 TBSP
Steps
  1. Dressing: In a bowl add green chutney, yogurt, olive oil, lime juice, salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Whisk well to combine and keep aside.
  2. Place all the chopped veggies in a bowl and add the dressing. Toss well and enjoy!
