Ingredients
  1. 150 Gms White Chocolate Compound
  2. 2 cup Whipped Cream
  3. Few canned cherries or you can use fresh one if available
  4. Mint Leaves For Garnishing
Steps
  1. In a microsafe bowl take white chocolate compound and microwave it on medium for 1 minute. So that it melts and becomes smooth.
  2. Now take another bowl add whipped cream and melted white chocolate, mix both till it is smooth
  3. Take a serving dish add 1 tablespoon of chopped cherries .
  4. Now add a layer of mousse mixture. To give it a neat look use piping bag
  5. Garnish it with cherry and mint leaves. Freeze and serve.
