Ingredients
  1. 2 Litres Full Cream Milk
  2. 1 and cups sugar
  3. 1 teaspoon elaychi (cardamom) powder
  4. 2 cups Fruits (seasonal)
Steps
  1. Mix milk and sugar. Stir regularly to avoid a dry layer of milk to form on top. Boil it until it thickens down to half its volume in about 20-30 minutes.
  2. Then add elaychi powder and mix well. Keep the mixture in fridge for 20 minutes. At the time of serving add fruits.
