  1. Hung Curd 1 cup
  2. Garlic cloves 8-10
  3. Sugar 1 teaspoon
  4. Salt 1 tablespoon
  5. Rock Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  8. Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon, finely chopped
  9. Mint leaves 1 tablespoon, finely chopped
  10. Onion 1 finely chopped
  11. Green capsicum 2 tablespoon, finely chopped
  1. Take the hung curd in a bowl and whisk it lightly.
  2. Pour olive oil in a pan and heat it at a low flame then add 4-5 chopped garlic cloves, let it cook on a low flame and wait for the light brown color to change. This will take less then 1 minute. Then keep it aside to cool down.
  3. Next, crush 4-5 garlic cloves .
  4. Now take a hung curd in a bowl and whisk it lightly. Then add crushed garlic, chopped onions, chopped capsicum, chopped fresh coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, salt, rock salt, sugar, red chilli powder and finally saute the garlic in the oil.
  5. Mix all the ingredients and pour it in a serving bowl.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves and coriander leaves and serve it chilled.
