Ingredients
  1. 200 g Chicken Breasts
  2. 1 tablespoon garlic, peeled and chopped
  3. 2 teaspoons Red Chili Paste
  4. 1 1⁄2 tablespoons Tomato Sauce
  5. Salt
  6. 1 teaspoon Sugar
  7. 1⁄3 cup Chicken Stock
  8. 1 tablespoon Cornflour
  9. 4 tablespoons Oil
  10. 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  11. 3 red capsicums, cut into cubes
  12. 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
  13. 1 egg for Marinade
  14. 3⁄4 teaspoon Salt For Marinade
  15. 1 tablespoon Cornflour For Marinade
  16. 1 tablespoon Oil For Marinade
  17. 2 tablespoon Water
Steps
  1. Cut chicken breasts into even sized pieces.
  2. Marinate them with the marinade in a bowl.
  3. Keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in a wok.
  5. Add garlic and the chilli paste.
  6. When the garlic turns golden brown after stir-frying it for a few minutes, add tomato sauce.
  7. Add capsicums and onion.
  8. Stir-fry for a minute.
  9. Add chicken breasts, salt, ajinomoto, sugar and stock.
  10. Dissolve cornflour in 2 tbspswater..
  11. Add to the chicken.
  12. Thicken the sauce, stirring continuously and finish with vinegar.
  13. Serve hot with boiled rice or noodles.
