Ingredients
  1. Potatoes- 3-4
  2. Kuttu ka atta- 1 cup
  3. Green chillies- 2
  4. Rock salt- as per taste
  5. Coriander leaves- 1 spring
  6. Water- as required
  7. Oil- for frying
Steps
  1. In a bowl, make a semi-thick batter of kuttu ka atta using water.
  2. Add green chillies, rock salt and coriander leaves. Heat oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, coat the potato slices with kuttu batter.
  3. Slowly put the slice into the pan. Fry till it turns crisp and looks brown.
  4. Repeat the same process with the remaining potato slices.
