Ingredients
  1. 200 Gms Curd
  2. 1 Carrot Grated
  3. 1 Orange Segments Peeled
  4. Salt Or Sugar As Per Taste
  5. 5-6 walnuts chopped
  6. 5-6 cashewnuts chopped
Steps
  1. In a bowl, whisk the curd to smooth texture. To this add the peeled and grated carrot.
  2. Next add in orange segments along with chopped walnuts and cashew nuts. Mix well and add the seasonings.
  3. If you prefer it salty, add ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp cumin powder, a pinch of raita masala, etc. If you prefer it sweet, then add 1 tsp sugar and mix well.
  4. Serve chilled and garnish with orange segments and walnuts.
