Ingredients
  1. 2 cups Flour
  2. 2 tbsp Active Dry Yeast
  3. 4 tbsp Milk
  4. 1 tbsp Raisins
  5. 2 tbsp Sugar
  6. 1 tsp Rose Water
  7. Sesame Seeds
  8. Salt to taste
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 220 degree c. Mix dry yeast with some water and leave for 5 mins.
  2. Add the flour and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  3. Add the raisins , a few drop of rose water, sugar and activated yeast.
  4. Gradually add milk and knead the dough
  5. Cover and leave for 30 mins.Roll out the dough into flat disks.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seedsBake for 10-15 mins.
