Ingredients
  1. Fish ( Rohu / or any other ) pieces - 10
  2. Chilli powder - 1 tbspn
  3. Turmeric powder - 1 tbspn
  4. Garam masala powder - 1 tbspn
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbspn
  7. Yoghurt whisked - 4 - 5 tbspn
  8. Sooji ( Rawa ) 1 cup
  9. Oil To Fry
  10. Garnish - Onions , Green chutney
Steps
  1. Wash fish pieces , pat dry on kitchen towel .
  2. Now marinate it nicely with yoghurt , chilli powder, turmeric powder , salt , Garam masala , ginger garlic paste with your washed hands
  3. Keep in freeze covered for minimum 1 hour
  4. Take non stick pan spread oil & heat
  5. Take one piece , roll into sooji nicely and fry on pan first one side and then another
  6. Do all pieces like the same way , garnish with onion rings
  7. Enjoy with green coriander chutney or sauce
