Ingredients
  1. Low Fat Greek Yogurt -4 tbsp
  2. Assorted Fresh/Frozen Berries - 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar -1 tsp
  4. Honey -2 tbsp
  5. Museli Or Granola -1/2 cup
  6. strawberries 0.5 cup
Steps
  1. Take a tall glass, layer with 1/4 cup of museli.
  2. Then spoon 2 tbsp of yogurt on top of it.
  3. Drizzle a little honey and place 1/4 cup of berries.
  4. Repeat the above layers with the remaining museli, yogurt, honey and berries.
  5. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes and serve.
