Ingredients
  1. Urad Dal - 1 cup
  2. Rajma - 1/4 cup
  3. Chana Dal 2 tbsp
  4. Onion - 1 cup chopped
  5. Ginger - 1 inch piece grated
  6. Garlic 7-8 flakes chopped
  7. Tomato - 1 cup puree
  8. Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
  9. Ghee - 2 tablespoon
  10. Fresh Milk Cream - 3 tbsp
  11. Milk - 1/2 cup
  12. Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
  13. A Few Coriander Leaves
  14. Butter/Oil/Ghee 1 tablespoon
  15. green chili 2

Steps
  1. Soak together rajma, chana and urad dal overnight. Wash and pressure cook for 35 minutes. Add ginger and garlic paste while pressure cooking.
  2. Now take a pan and heat ghee in it, add onions and chillies and saute for 2 - 3 minutes till onions are golden brown in colour.
  3. Add tomatoes and red chilli powder and cook till tomatoes soften and the masala is cooked.
  4. Add boiled dal, cook for 1 minute, add salt and coriander leaves, garam masala and fresh milk cream and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with coriander and fresh milk cream before serving. Serve with roti, naan, paratha or rice with salad and raita.
