Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 cups Coarsely Crushed Sweet Corn Kernels
  2. 2 tsp Oil
  3. 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  4. 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  5. 1 1/2 tsp Chopped Green Chillies
  6. 1/2 cup Milk
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  9. 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander
Steps
  1. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and green chillies, mix well and cook on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the corn, mix well and cook on a slow flame for about 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the milk and salt, mix well and cook a slow flame for another 5 minutes or till the liquid evaporates, while stirring continuously.
  4. Add the lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Serve immediately garnished with coriander.
