Ingredients
  1. 2 tablespoons Flour
  2. As Needed Salt
  3. 2 cups Wheat Flour
  4. 3 tablespoons Ghee
  5. 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  6. 2 tablespoons Grated Carrot
  7. 2 tablespoons Grated Onions
  8. 2 tablespoons Capsicum
  9. 1 teaspoon Soya Sauce
  10. 1 teaspoon Tomato Sauce
  11. 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
Steps
  1. Mix flour, salt and wheat flour and make dough.
  2. Make dough balls, and roll out the balls to make chapattis.
  3. Heat a tawa with some ghee and toast the chapattis.
  4. Heat a separate pan with vegetable oil, add the vegetables and fry.
  5. Pour soya and tomato sauces, red chili powder mix it well. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Now put 2 tablespoons of this cooked filling mixture on the center of a chapatti. Turn its side to make a roll out of it.
  7. Heat the tawa again with some ghee, and slightly toast the rolls.
