Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup Vinegar
  2. 1/2 cup Sugar
  3. 3/4 cup Water
  4. 2 tbsp Plain Flour
  5. 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  6. 4 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  7. 450 Gms Cabbage ,
  8. 3 onions , sliced
  9. 100 gms sprouts
  10. 10 french beans , cut into thin strips
  11. 2 carrot , cut into thin strips
  12. 2 cup Boiled Noodles
  13. 4 tsp Oil
  14. 1 tsp Chilli Sauce
  15. Salt to taste
Steps
  1. Place all the ingredients of the sauce in a vessel, mix well and put to boil. Go on cooking and stirring until the sauce is thick.
  2. Keep aside.
  3. heat the oil in a vessel and add the vegetables. Cook on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Add the prepared sauce, boiled noodles, chilli sauce and salt and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add half of the fried noodles and mix well.
  6. Serve hot.
