Ingredients
  1. 500 ml Milk
  2. 115 Grams Sugar
  3. 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  4. 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
  5. 6 Egg Yolks Lightly Beaten
  6. 3 tablespoons Cornflour
  7. 1 teaspoon Orange Extract
  8. 1/8 teaspoon Salt
Steps
  1. Take a pan, put in the sugar, salt and cornflour together. Next, pour in cream and milk into this mixture. Stir and bring this to a boil on medium flame.
  2. Then lower the flame and whisk for 2-3 minutes to thicken this mixture.
  3. Remove the pan from the stove. Put in the beaten egg yolks and white chocolate chips into this mixture and stir well.
  4. Put the pan back on the stove, let it simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring continuously.
