Ingredients
  1. 1 cup Ready Aata Of Wheat
  2. 1/2 cup Mashed Paneer
  3. 3 Green Chillies Finely Chopped
  4. 1/2 Inch Grated Ginger
  5. 2 tsp Chopped Coriander
  6. 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  7. 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  8. 1 tsp Chat Masala
  9. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  10. 1/2 tsp Black Salt
  11. Oil For Cooking
  12. Salt As Per Taste
Steps
  1. For the filling: Take a bowl and add mashed paneer, green chillies, ginger, coriander, red chilli powder, coriander powder, black salt, chat masala, garam masala and salt. Mix well.
  2. Take some atta and make it round and roll it with a rolling pin to make a roti.
  3. Put the filling mixture on one half part of the roti and make a fold with the other half. Close the edges properly.
  4. Apply oil on both sides and cook till the colour changes to brown.
  5. Cut into two pieces using a pizza cutter.
  6. Serve hot.
