Ingredients
  1. 2 cups Of Rice Cooked
  2. 4 Eggs
  3. 2 Onions Chopped
  4. 3-4 Garlic cloves finely chopped
  5. 2 tsp Light Soy Sauce
  6. 1 tsp Vinegar
  7. Oil As Needed
  8. 1-2 tbsp Celery chopped
  9. 1-2 tsp Chilli sauce
  10. salt
Steps
  1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add eggs and scramble them. Keep aside.
  2. Heat another 2 tbsp of oil, add garlic and onion. Stir fry until onions become slightly brown.
  3. Add the rice along with soy sauce, vinegar, celery and chilli sauce.
  4. Season with salt and stir fry for 5 mins.
