Ingredients
  1. 5 Dried Anjir Or Figs
  2. 3 tablespoons Sugar Syrup
  3. 1/2 teaspoon Elaychi Or Cardamom Powder
  4. 4 tablespoons Khoya
  5. 1 tablespoon Chopped Almonds
Steps
  1. Crush anjir in a mixture grinder. Set aside.
  2. Boil sugar syrup for 1 minute. Add elaychi powder and crushed anjir to it. Stir and add khoya, and mix well.
  3. Now put this mixture into a greased mould and chill in a fridge for 10 to 15 minutes. Garnish with almonds.
