Ingredients
  1. 4 Chicken Breasts
  2. 1/2 cup Yogurt
  3. 2 Tsps Vegetable Oil
  4. 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  5. 2 cloves Of Garlic
  6. 1/2 tsp Salt
  7. 1 Inch piece Of Ginger
  8. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  9. 3 tablespoons Ghee
  10. 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  11. 1/4 cup Tomato Paste
  12. 6 cardamom pods, crushed
  13. 2 Dried Chillies
  14. 400 Grams Canned Tomato
  15. 2 cups Heavy Cream
  16. 3/4 cup Chopped Fresh Coriander
  17. Salt As Per Taste
Steps
  1. Cut the chicken in strips and add in the yogurt, oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic and ginger and garam masala and a bit of salt. Keep aside for 20 minutes or overnight.
  2. In a pan heat ghee and add in the cardamom seeds and the sliced onions. Stir fry until brown. Add the chiillies, the tomatoes and the tomato paste. Cook gently for 5 minutes. Add in all the chicken and one cup cream.
  3. Cook for another 15 minutes or until the chicken in cooked. Add in the remaining cream. Adjust for salt. Add the coriander leaves. Stir.
  4. Serve hot with roti or rice.
