Ingredients
  1. 1 Chopped Onion
  2. 3 tablespoons Grated Dry Coconut
  3. teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  4. As Preferred Coriander Leaves
  5. teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  6. 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  7. teaspoon Haldi Powder
  8. 1 teaspoon red chilly powder
  9. 3 Oil Greased Hard Boiled Eggs
  10. As Needed Salt
Steps
  1. Mix chopped onions, dry coconut, ginger garlic paste, coriander and cumin seeds together in a bowl and make a smooth paste of it.
  2. Heat a pan with oil, add this paste and fry it for 5 minutes. Add haldi, and red chilly powders and mix well.
  3. Cut the hard boiled eggs in half, and add to pan with the spice mixture.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes and serve with chopped coriander leaves.
