Ingredients
  1. 3 cups arbi (colocasia) slices, boiled, peeled and mashed
  2. 2 boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes
  3. 1 teaspoon Chopped Green Chilies
  4. 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  5. 2 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
  6. 1 cup Corn Flour
  7. Vegetable Oil For Deep Frying
Steps
  1. Mix all the ingredients for kofta, excluding the vegetable oil, and make small balls out of the mixture.
  2. Heat a deep frying pan with oil. Deep fry the koftas.
  3. Serve with ketchup.
