Ingredients
  1. Small Sized Potatoes (according to ur wish)
  2. Oil (2-3 teaspoons)
  3. Onion ( 1 big chopped )
  4. Tomatoes (1-2 big Tomatoes)
  5. Curd (1 big packet)
  6. Jeera ( a pinch)
  7. Dhaniya ( a pinch)
  8. Turmeric ( 1 teaspoon)
  9. Red Chilli Powder ( 1 teaspoon)
  10. Fresh Coriander ( 2-3 leaflets)
Steps
  1. peel off the potaoes and make a lots ana lots of holes in it with help of a folk and keep the potatoes in salted water for about 2 hours
  2. now take out the potatoes and dry them with the help of a kitchen towel or any other clean cloth
  3. deep fry the potatoes until red brown
  4. now take some oil in another pan and heat it for abt 30 seconds
  5. now add dhaniya and jeera fry them until red brown
  6. now add chopped onions and fry them until red brown
  7. now add tomato puree, turmeric and red chilli powder and cook the mixture till tomatoes give out oil
  8. now simmer down the flame and add curd slowly and steadily
  9. now cook it over 5-10min over a low flame while stirring in between
  10. now take it out in a bowl add some fresh coriander and ur dish is ready to serve
