  2. Coriander Leaves 1/4 cup
  3. Mustard Seeds 1 teaspoon
  4. Curry leaves, few
  5. Garlic 1 tablespoon (crushed)
  6. Turmeric Powder 1/8 teaspoon
  7. Coriander Powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Amchoor Powder 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Garam Masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Red chilli powder 1/8th teaspoon
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil 5-6 tablespoons
  13. Green chillies 2-3
  1. Wash and scrape the radish. Then grate it coarsely, mix it with salt and set it aside.
  2. Cut the radish greens finely.
  3. When you are ready to make the sabzi, squeeze out the water from the grated radish and mix the greens and coriander leaves together.
  4. In a flat bottomed pan, heat the oil and add in the mustard seeds and asafoetida. When it crackles, add in the curry leaves, garlic and slit green chillies.
  5. Next, add the radish with greens and saute it for a minute. Add in all the spice powders and mix well. Stir fry for half a minute more and turn off the gas.
  6. Serve it with bhakri or rotis.
